When you purchase Zerama Remote from Handango, Gocketgear, or Zerama(Paypal) you are asked to supply the Pocket PC owner name. Please check the owner name you supplied while purchasing the remote and compare it to your owner name of your Pocket PC.
To check your owner name:
Setting>Owner Information> Name
The name is case sensative and cannot contain trailing spaces.
Check for " Dan Tanzer" or "Dan Tanzer "
